No. Joining a team can only ever add capability. Your entitlements are the most generous of your own plan and your team's, field by field — so if you personally pay for Studio and join a team on a smaller allowance, you keep every Studio limit you were already paying for.
Yes. No contracts — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
